LMK Module Features

  • Admin Module

This is where you set up the LMK HRMS System according to your company’s specific standards and profile. One can set parameters as to who can use the LMK HRMS System and who may not use the LMK HRMS System according to certain levels of permissions.

  • Employee Module

This module manages each employee’s;

  1. Personal Details
  2. Employee’s Job Details
  3. Employee Disciplinary Record track keeping
  4. The employee’s movement within your organisation
  5. Employee training, he/she has received
  6. Employee Qualifications
  7. Employee Memberships
  8. Who the Employee Reports to and who their subordinates are
  9. Custom reports

Furthermore, the LMK HRMS System allows you to upload pdf, Word and Excel documents (i.e. Signed employment contract, signed written warnings, employee detail confirmation, etc.) to be stored on the employee’s profile.

  • Disciplinary Tracking Module
This module allows you to store, track and maintain all disciplinary action and CCMA matters with a specific employee in chronological order without fear of losing any progress discipline action taken or losing the signed disciplinary documents.

  • Leave Module

This module allows you to configure your company’s different types of leave entitlements and allocate these entitlements to your staff.

Your staff may request and apply online for their own leave and management may assign leave to employees who have requested for leave online or by means of a leave application form which was handed to their line manager. Management may assign or decline employee leave for those who have applied.

Furthermore, the LMK HRMS System allows you to upload all approved written leave application forms which is stored on the employee’s profile.

  • ESS Module – Short for Employee Self Service.

This module allows employees to update their personal details online as to keep it up to date as well as to apply for their leave entitlements online.

Employees will also be able to view their company’s policies and procedures in the “My Docs” module of the LMK HRMS System.

  • E-mail Reminders Module

The LMK HRMS System generates automated email templates which provides feedback and informs management of certain events, such as;

  • when accrued leave has not yet been taken by a specific employee
  • LMK HRS System will notify management three days before an employee commences with his/her leave and will again inform management one-day prior of the return of that employee back from leave
  • 35 days before an employee’s fixed-term employment contract is about to expire
  • 60 days before an employee’s drivers licence is about to expire
  • 90 days before an employee’s passport is about to expire

This much needed feedback allows managers to manage their human resources more effectively.

  • Reports Module

With LMK HRM System’s powerful search engine you can now draw accurate reports only of the information you require for that report.

You can easily extract reports into a csv file (Excel Spreadsheet) of the data which you require and manipulate such data as needed.

The LMK HRMS System allows the user to save any report for which they need on a regular basis to be able to speedily draw that same report again.

  • Time in Attendance Module
Allows your staff to clock in and out online. Reporting features such as Employee Attendance and Attendance Summary. This module also allows you to import your attendance data into a csv file for printing purposes.

  • Performance Module
This module keeps track of and allows you to conduct performance reviews on your staff. You can capture all the key performance indicators (KPI’s) for a specific review and then add and save a review or several reviews and then view them at a later stage. This module also lets you schedule evaluations for a future date in order for you to manage your review process more effectively throughout the year. Employees who have access to the LMK HRM System can also view their performance evaluations under the “My Evaluations” tab.

This module contains a wealth of information and pre-drafted template documents to assist the Organisation and HR professional under the following headings;

  • My Docs Module

The “My Docs” module is used specifically for the Organisation’s HR Documents in that you can upload all the Company’s Employment Contract Templates, the Company’s Policies & Procedures as well as any document related to the HR function within the Organisation.

Now the Organisation has one central point where any and all HR Documents can be saved and accessed.

  • Recruitment Module
This module allows you to add vacancies onto your LMK HRM System as well as to view all vacancies added. Furthermore, when candidates apply for a specific position within the Organisation, the Recruitment Module allows you to capture all the candidates’ information as well as upload the candidate’s CV for better selection of the most suitable candidate for that position.

  • Employment Equity Module
This module has been designed under the Employment Equity Act No. 55 of 1998 and ensures that your Organisation successfully completes the EEA2 and EEA4 forms with all the required data as required by the Employment Equity Act. Furthermore, this module has the Economical Active Population of each Province pre-programed into the LMK HRM System which assists with your Organisations numerical goals and objectives.
